treadmills! Both units offers a 3-speed cooling fan and Hydraulic controlled fold up option which gets looked to the
mainframe when it has reached its flat or upright end position. For less joint or knee problems Bowflex includes the
Strike Zone deck suspension for lower impact. For Heart Rate control the Series 7 has Polar compatible telemetric
heart rate receivers and hand grip pulse sensors.

This treadmill from Bowflex comes at a very reasonable price, it comes with a 3hp motor powering a 153 x 51cm 2
ply belt. It is a very solid treadmill with a very simple folding mechanism to save space. It has Strike Zone deck
suspension for lower impact helping your knees and lower back from getting to much of a pounding! The control
panel is very basic and easy to use and has 15 in built programmes, 2 user and 2 heart rate programmes. It is
basically a very good value machine with a lot of features that you would not see on other treadmills in this price
range. This is a very good treadmill, which is priced extremely reasonably.
