| Blade Runner The Director's Cut |

| Man has created "Replicants" - highly sophisticated human clones. They serve in "The Colonies" - harsh places far from Earth. They do the dirty work. They are prostitutes, servants, mine-workers and soldiers. They are stronger than humans, and often more intelligent. They have the ability to think for themselves. And they have emotions. What they don't have - is time. Humans - aware of how dangerous replicants could be, have included a safety mechanism in the cloning process. A short lifespan. After four years - replicants die. Sometimes replicants decide to stop doing the dirty work. When that happens - they become dangerous and must be destroyed. Blade-Runners are employed to track down and kill renegade replicants. Deckard (Harrison Ford) is a Blade-Runner. His assignment - to find and kill a group of renegades who have hijacked a spaceship and returned to Earth. They have served humans well. They have slaved and whored and fought for us. Now they want more time - they are not ready to die just yet. They plan to meet their maker - the scientist who designed them. They have nothing to lose. And they will slaughter anyone who stands in their way. |
