Unless you are lucky enough to play all of your golf in Dubai, you will need some waterproof clothing.
Golf waterproofs have to provide more than just protection from the elements - they must allow you to move
easily.
They should also be made from "breathable" fabric - so that they allow condensation to escape from your body.
If you play in cheap, non-breathable waterproofs - you will end up drenched in your own condensation.
Good golf waterproofs are also "quiet" - ie they don't rustle around when you swing the club (noisy waterproofs
can be very distracting).
Our advice is - unless you are seriously strapped for cash - you should splash out on a quality set of
waterproofs.
