Quick For Sunburn
Very simply break
off a leaf of aloe
vera, split the leaf
open and rub all
over sunburn and
leave to dry.
Sunburn
Add about 12
drops of lavender
oil to 1tbsp of
water. With
cotton wool dab
sunburn gently.
Natural Sunscreen
Spread natural aloe
vera straight from
the leaves all over
your skin for
natural protection.
Suntan Oil For
Dry Skin
Combine
together in a
small bottle, 4tsp
olive oil, 4tsp
hazelnut oil, 4tsp
walnut oil, 4tsp
wheat-germ oil,
4tbsp sesame oil
and 6drops
patchouli oil.
Suntan Oil For
Normal Skin
Combine together
in a bottle, 2tbsp
sesame oil,2tbsp
wheat-germ oil,
4tsp hazelnut and
walnut oil and
6drops of
lavender oil.
Soothing After
sun
Boil together
1tbsp dried
comfrey root
and 1cup water.
Simmer for
30mins, when
cooled strain
into a small
bottle.
After Sun Relief
Add a ratio of
3drops of lavender
oil to 1tsp of
almond oil. Put
into a small bottle
and massage
when needed.
 
Prevent Dehydration
Drink plenty of water
while in the sun, at
least 3times as much
as normal
Cooling
Sunburn Relief
Apply cold black
tea to any
sunburn and
relieve the burn.
Or
Apply cold full
fat milk, straight
from the fridge.
Suntan Paste
3tbsp sandalwood
add enough water
to make a paste
and apply all over.
This will give you a
cooling sunscreen.
