| Nobody on the planet could deliver those lines like Clint Eastwood. I get goose-bumps every time I hear them! The Western has been around for a long time - developing, growing, evolving. It reached its peak with Unforgiven. There is nowhere for Westerns to go now. This movie cannot be improved upon. Every line of dialogue, every gesture, every photographic image is perfection. I'm an Englishman - I'm very proud of our guy Shakespeare, he did good work. But I'd rather watch Unforgiven than Hamlet any day! If you haven't seen it you must, must, must have this movie in your life! If you have seen it - then see it again! You could never watch Unforgiven too many times! Rent it today - or better still, buy it. |
