Terrain = Sheltered wooded valley. Lots of mature trees. Very beautiful in
summer. Some water hazards. Moderately hilly walking.
Difficulty = A decent test. Some tricky holes but nothing too terrifying!
A course that players of all levels can enjoy.
Condition = Very well tended, Good quality, medium speed greens.
However, the course can suffer during prolonged periods of rain.
Recommended for:
Golfers of all standards. Lanhydrock is a fair test of golf. Not easy by any
means, but it won't drive you crazy or destroy your confidence.
Green Fees 2013 = Very reasonable. From as little as £22 a round - and
there are lots of deals and offers available all year round.
Societies are extremely welcome - Lanhydrock is one of the best choices in
Cornwall for a society day, or for a longer golfing break.
