not strictly speaking a multi-gym, it is a
hybrid Multi-Gym/Smith Machine - allowing
you safely to use a barbell for several
major exercises (press, bench press,
squat, dead-lift etc).
Plus it provides several multi-gym
workout stations including; Chest Fly,
6-Roll Leg Developer, 2 Swivel High
Pulleys, Low Pulley with Rowing plate,
preacher Pad, & Curl Yorke.
Our Verdict: A fantastic machine for
serious training. Not cheap at around
£1,200 but worth every penny. This was
our fitness expert's number one choice.
