Never book direct with the apartment building of your choice -
Most apartment buildings have set prices and they rarely offer decent discounts to individual tourists.
Reputable agencies book hundreds of rooms at a time and can get much bigger discounts.
In November 2009 we rented an apartment (Advertised price 55 Euros a night) for just FOUR EUROS a night!

Viña del Mar Apartments
The Viña del Mar apartments are located just 100 metres from Levante beach. They attract return visitors time after
time - and that's the highest recommendation you can get. All apartments are well equipped with full cooking facilities
including toasters, coffee machines, kettles and microwave ovens. There is also air conditioning/ heating, a safety
deposit box, satellite TV, and all the balconies are south facing. The laundry room has two washing machines and a
Tumble Dryer - and it's Free of Charge! The pool is wonderful, and the kiddies pool even has its own waterfall! There
is a nice cafe/bar, a library and a lounge/TV room. All lovingly supervised by the building's very friendly owners.

The Benimar Apartments enjoy a good location - within easy reach of
just about everything in Benidorm. These are budget 2 star
apartments - but they are of a higher standard than you might expect.
Stag & Hen parties are banned here - so this is a good choice for
families with kids who need their sleep! Suitable for up to 4, each
apartment has a balcony, lounge/dining area television, a bedroom,
and a fully-equipped kitchen. A/C and Wifi is also included. A real
bargain, especially if you shop around.

above the 7th floor have sea views from their terraces. All
the apartments have one bedroom with twin beds and a
sofa bed for one or two people in the lounge. Located in a
one of Benidorm's quieter areas, yet within easy walking
distance of Levante Beach and hundreds of restaurants and
bars. There is a good-sized pool with a children's section.
Also plenty of parking space for your rental car.

places to eat are right on your doorstep. Check out the Happy Menus at the
nearby Chinese restaurats - and for the best food in Benidorm try The Admiral
Nelson Pub next door - fantastic three course meals for just 6 Euros!
